Seri's subs win again for being first Smile Good I'm really looking forward to watching ep. 5 tomorrow. Considering the early discussion I've seen here, I'm very interested to see how it goes!

Have you ever checked out the discussions over at D-Addicts?

They're rather interesting and speculative, but some are also rather verbose... Sweat

Nah, I really don't. A couple of times, I've searched for specific issues there, but not regularly. I use their torrent search though Smile I've had good luck with availability of the dramas I've been recommended here in their search.

I think I'd like to continue to commit my time and "wisdom" here. I'm usually not so loyal - but I suspect it would take too much time for my to track both. This has become a major recreational website for me. In fact, it's one of like five I've been checking at work during the day Smile

Although I love reading what people have to say about this drama, I'm really put off from it on D-Addicts because of some of the things people have said (Michiru deserves everything coming to her? Only gay men are sensitive?). That being said, I tend to just skim over things now, with the exception of a handful of really amazing members over there, and leave my real reading to this forum.

Do you guys like seri or suketeru's subs better? Should I just try both and see for myself?

Not sure about the accuracy of either, but Seri's show up quicker and they have less fluff than Sukuteru's (the dreaded "cutesy comment" syndrome)...

Yeah, there is some narrow-mindedness in some of the posts, but that's to be expected, ne?

Hi! I don't know if this has been asked before, but I was wondering. What do you call that charm Ruka carries with her when she's racing? I saw my friend with one the other day when we were taking a test. Thanks Wink

^ It's a charm, or an omamori (). Supposed to look after you/give you good luck and such.

Yeah... sometimes I still wish the internet was back to the days where it was for geeks and only "smart" people. Sweat

^I think it's a luck charm. Be safe, healthy, successful is usually the symbolic behind it.

Edit: I didn't know roon posted at the same time as I did.

I watched eps 4 and 5 finally. I am so attracted to Takeru, except for his gay-looking hair and clothing. Maybe it's because I know the character is actually not gay that I like him?

Life online before the idiots was dull and elitist (that, or you were stuck playing White Rabbit Casino games through Telnet...oy). Plus, if it were still this way, there'd be no chance in hell we'd have JDoramas easily downloadable and/or subtitled by fans, so nyah! Bleah

Besides, with that many people on a site it's no wonder it's as 'bad' as it is. The more people on the site, the more difficult it is to find maturity amongst the ranks...thus the reason why I normally find this place to be a bit more civil with their arguments/debates, mostly due in part to the numbers game.

I don't know where I"m getting the patience...I'm sticking to the SARS hardsubs during this time and haven't seen 4 or 5 yet. Very tempted to say screw the bandwidth and get both versions in the end, but then again it allows me to keep up with my other shows...decisions, decisions!

Just finished 5. It actually felt really long - they jammed so many different topics into it! Not as strong as 4, but it left you really hungry for more of Takeru's story.

Poor Eri... wish I could giver her some comforts Naughty

And lots of Ruka action this time around. Good good. Juri-freckles always welcome on my screen.

Guess I'll do one more Odoru before bed Smile
