hehe

Solar powered phone sounds nice. Smile IIRC my calculator had barely enough juice to power up. I guess it will slowly recharge when not in use and not really be able to continue working with solar power alone?

I think it's to keep your battery juiced so you don't have to charge it so often, so yeah, I don't think it will be enough to practically charge the battery to full power.

ok, cool. So if you leave your phone on your desk all day, it will charge up a little or at least keep its charge? That's good enough for me. Big Grin

I'd think if you left out in the light long enough, it would get fully charged...

I thought I saw a third-party solar charger for cell phones... Somewhere. Head Scratch

Yeah but the article, I believe, said something like it would take 10 hours...most phone sluts can't wait that long.

That's true.

The solar charging wouldn't so much good for those who keep their phones in a holster or in a purse... Which is just about everyone. Sweat

How do I get music from my ipod to my computer? I recently had to erase everything from my computer, and now have no music on itunes. If I plug my ipod in, will all my music disappear? Please help, I don't want to lose all my music!

Pretty grey area....maybe should be asked in a technical forum???

Though, from my experience, you cannot get music OFF of your IPod.

Yes, you can. I had to do that last week when I had to transfer mp3s from my 60gb to my 160gb iPod. I used a program called Sharepod.
