when i read the manga i actually had an impression that chiaki and nodame actually made out in the bushes after the recital. i guess japanese doramas don't do making-out-in-the-bushes

Ii Hito episode 9

I found the first two episodes really fun and entertaining, but disappointed with the ones after that... The humour wears thin after awhile, and I thought the lead actor wasn't that good in this.

There's no way that would've happened to end the SP: It would've implied that there would be another SP continue the story... There's no way they were going to let things end with those two breaking up. No way.

I really really tried to watch ep 5 of Lunch No Jouu last night before bed - but traveling all day and not sleeping well and not feeling well caught up with me. I was out like a light by about 22 minutes into the ep. ;-)

Good news is I feel much better today (sleep helps) - and it's good to be back at work again.

The drama itself is pretty standard but Kenichi Matsuyama is such a crack up as "Robo" he's the best otaku ever IMHO.
