if there's anyone from Kioku fansubs reading this, i just wanna let you know that i really appreciate your hard work, but lime-green italic subs are NOT attractive and makes the eyes hurt if the episodes are seen consecutively _________________

Watchin "Tantei Gakuen Q" right now. Omfg it's really a series for kids... and it painfully reminds me of the newer German version of "Emil und die Detektive" .... But I'll finish it, yessir òo
Yesterday I watched Iryu Epi 1 (season 1) with my mom ... she couldn't stop laughing about the spontanous beach-operation performed with a pen xD....
Looking forward to Maou as well as Shibatora (I'm a Ohgo Suzuka-Fan since Sexy Voice and Robo <3)

The main guy (Ohno, playing the lawyer) is actually 27 going on 28 this year. The Korean guy was 26 when he played that part... i think.
"truth" is gooood
Maou ep2... and it gets better
I know. He looks pretty good, actually. But Toma looks a little too young and the girl looks just like a little kid. If they have the triangle thing it will seem very creepy. _________________

You're talking about Ohno? I think he looks like a girl. At least Toma looks like a guy even though he looks young.

Thus the reason to use softsubs and choose your own colors.
I wish I could've used the softsubs, but for some reason, even when I watched the episode on my computer, the sound didn't match the picture in a few episodes.
On topic: I finally got a chance to watch a drama, so I finished episode 11 of Sweet Home. I should've been finished with this weeks ago, but I've been too distracted. _________________
Topic- Watching Churasan! These episodes go by so fast! I think I've seen through disc 9 this past week.
Your starting to get into the good part. I think you will enjoy watching the antics of Kanno Miho who is playing Mariya. And all the other goofy residents.

Mariya is my favorite in this one. I think this was the drama that made me like her. _________________

Watched Bayside Shakedown 2 last night - fun to get back to Odoru a little and I finished Lunch No Joou yesterday. What a great drama! I really enjoyed it
Downloaded Pride and Hana Yori Dango (at least season 1) for future viewings..
I'm not sure what is next. Here's what I have:
Daisuki
Good Luck
Long Vacation
Proposal Daisakusen
and
Heavenly Forest for a little movie action.
I just hope I feel better soon - these last two days have been horrible, but I tried to eat something just now and we'll see how that goes... _________________

Toma can pass being a 26 year old and whats so creepy about the young looking 28yr old lawyer loving the VERY young looking 22yr old librarian? The girl is 19. The fountain of youth is located in Japan. Its not a complete miscast unlike Code Blue though

I found Proposal Daisakusen to be enjoyable. It isn't great, but has it's fair share of nice moments. Light-hearted, not too much melodrama.
I just got done watching Orange Days earlier and I really enjoyed watching the series. I just downloaded the first episode of Monster Parent so I'll be watching that later on, and need to get the second episode of Code Blue as well.

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed Orange Days! It's one of my favourites.
I just finished the second epi of Beach Boys. It's amazing how far they pull you in with just two episodes! I'll try to sneak in the third epi before bed. _________________

May as well update my list, seeing that I've torn into quite a few shows and not said anything! Anyways, here's what I've been watching:
- Code Blue: Interesting premise, but I'll have to see how it goes since the cast is honestly a bit too young for what they're supposed to be.
- Lotto (NOT spelling that whole name out): Takeshi Sorimachi is always great, but this show seems to have a bit too much predictable foreshadowing to be honest. I hope it still has a good story along the way, but you can tell exactly what will happen in this kind of show unfortunately.
- Engine: Finally got to crack into this, wrapping it up tonight or tomorrow. Nanae (the 3-year-old) is such an insulin shot, makes me think of my little girl, soooo cute. Good soundtrack and great acting across the board too. One of my multi-watchers if it keeps going well.
- Puzzle: Another one of those 'no way in hell she's as old as they want us to believe' shows in the casting department, and to be honest it can get a bit repetitive with how the formula builds up each episode (weekend getaway with the teacher and the students she hates, ruined because they don't get the money she seeks after!), but...meh, I've seen worse.
- H2: Don't remember if I said anything about this last time, but I will say that it was an awesome sports show, even despite the fact they kinda made Koshien kinda too easy for the teams, hehe. Speaking of baseball dramas.
- Rookies: Up to episode 8 of this, and I have to admit that I'm still liking this show, despite it's ripoff moments of GTO and Gokusen, simply because the delinquent characters still do feel more like they would be this way (unlike say Gokusen 3, where it was pretty boys during their time of the month )
- Zettai Kareshi: Finished the show up, and the ending was a good way to close the series and set up for a potential SP. Though I heard some people were disappointed with the direction, I think it was a decent translation of the manga (enough differences to cater to the proper audience).
Looking forward to moving on with the Summer series, as well as trying to figure out what to watch next (that's the best part of watching J-Drama, so many different stories out there to experience! Cheesy, ne? )

I'm glad I watched Orange Days; enjoyable throughout and hardly a dull moment.

HAve a fun Beach holiday with our favorite boys, Wyn-chan.
Ive been watching a couple fun things.
Kokoro- a rather charming asadora drama about a plucky stewardess in love with a doctor. On ep 20. The doctor is the tough cool guy from Umizaru. So COOL!!
Then watching two Karasawa Toshiaki dramas, OIshi Kankei. On ep 4, so far its fun. And White Tower. On ep 14 of the first season. Internal intrigue continues. _________________

That would be Toru Nakamura. I always remember him from Sleeping Forest. I watched Kokoro when they aired it here. You've got a couple of pros in Ran Ito as Kokoro's mother and Akira Terao (Yasashi Jikan ) as her estranged father. I thought it was just average. Noriko Nakagochi is gorgeous but let's face it, she can't act her way out of a bag of Cal-bee potato chips.
