just finished Change....definitely recommend that one....only weakness was Kato Rosa i'd say....dunno whether it's her character or her acting but it seemed like a rather unnecessary addition to the story
Oh really? I'm sorry to hear that. I was actually looking forward to Change because of Kato Rosa.. Oh well. _________________

yeah...her character was sorta like a comedic assistant to abe hiroshi, albeit with a rather minor role, her acting level's similar to what i saw in jotei _________________

Naw, her acting's not that bad, definitely potential for improvement since her character's seem rather one-dimensional at the moment.....but anyhow, what i meant was that she has a rather minor role in Change. Change itself is a rather fun drama, i'd definitely recommend watching it! _________________
Galileo, Episode 5... I'm enjoying Shibasaki Kou much more than in Orange Days... And not just because she talks in this drama...
I am getting tired of Galileo in his "revelation" mode where he starts writing down a bunch of bogus formulas with a rock or whatever... That gimmick is so played....

hehe, some of those formulas i can't see any relation to how its relevant at all to the crime _________________

The formulas can't be bogus...he's a visionary, much like Newton and Einstein. He will write the next Principia Mathematica...

This was one of my major complaints about the show too... it was wholly unnecessary and kinda silly. Grumble!
But Kou is... _________________

Because I had no clue what it was about, I decided to grab Keitai Sousakan 7 (literally, Cellphone Investigator 7). Uhhhh...wow, what can I really say about this show, other than the premise could ONLY work in Japan?
Quote:
Keita Amishima is a highschool freshman who gets involved in ANCHOR, an organization formed to bring criminals using hi-tech for evil to justice. Taking the place of ANCHOR's previous agent, Keita is Buddied Up with Phone Braver 7, a cellphone robot. Together, the two track down the hi-tech criminals as well as their benefactor, the renegade Phone Braver 01.
The scary part? It takes itself extremely serious...and yet, the first episode probably had better action sequences than the Transformers movie. It's a buddy cop show, where one of them is a frakkin CELLPHONE!
Nevertheless, the cinematography and presentation is actually surprisingly good. I'm going to keep at this one!
Now, for a little more sanity with episode 2 of Tomorrow after this!

The Last Song episode 6
The only episode so far that I didn't like. I couldn't get into the story in this one, even though I understand by the end what it was trying to say. It kept me thinking afterwards though.
Familiar face from Episode 3: Hirosue Ryoko... Her character was pretty irritating.
I've found her irritation in everything she's been in except Summer Snow and Beach Boys. She's not a fav of mine.
Galileo I think best stands out for its guest stars. There are familiar faces in every episode.

Looks like we're gonna have to fight it out in the parking lot, Monto-kun.

He does it in every. single. episode.
But they're short segments that last like 15 seconds, so they're easily ignorable.
On Topic: Finished Zettai Kareshi with sis. Funny, silly, heartwarming drama. She now wants to watch Over Time with me, so we re-watched epi one together and will watch epi 2 later today. Which means I need to start another drama I can watch on my own. Next on the list for me is Proposal Daisakusen. _________________
