like this drama so far. I didn't expect anything, but it's really different from other school drama I think - couldn't touch Gokusen 3 and Taiyou something
No comment about the acting, but Kyoko Fukada isn't the focus of the show anyway...
Tanihara Shosuke is an underrated actor... On the other hand, Fukada Kyoko...
yeah, Shosuke, i have seen him in other j-dramas, he is a good actor.
as much as i adore pretty Kyoko, i must say it is mostly her looks that got her probably where she is here today, her acting well it is a mixed bag, she did well in that one movie a few years back, i don't recall the name of it, but it was a big hit. Other than that, i feel that she is lacking in the music, and acting. I think she should just stick to modeling which i feel she does best.

In times of stress, I prefer simple slapstick dramas like this *lol*. I'm a sucker for high-school boy discovering his sexual urges kinda theme, cos' I can relate and identify with them HAHA!
I just do not like the way that most Japanese dramas have very loose notions of love. Seems that "love at first sight" equates "true love which will blossom" in most dramas I've watched.
If their partner is a fat girl or a plain Jane, I doubt they'll have such noble thinking! But perhaps they might have great characters to die for. Hopefully, I'll see a "inner beauty triumphing over outward beauty" kinda drama soon.
I've only seen episode 1. Going on to watch episode 2 in 15 mins time.

Lol, the funniest part about episode 1 is how Kiyoshi gave a funny moan when he masturbated behind his doors, and his mum wondered what the heck happened *ROFL*!
IMO, Kyoko Fukada doesn't look convincing as a teacher. And it's slightly awkward that she can openly talk to her guy students about sex. It's alright if a teacher wants to buddy up to her students, but some boundaries still need to be in place.
I remember talking dirty occasionally to one of my male teacher, who transcended the role of a teacher to being a "buddy", but definitely not a female teacher! Besides that, it's a great drama to watch in order to destress. The best way to enjoy this drama is... Don't take it too literal or seriously. =)
