I'm not currently watching any dramas now that I've finished Pride and lamenting Yuko's departure from my 'viewing life' (to be contrasted from the other half of my life... the 'listening life' where I spend 5+ hours a day listening to NPR online while playing copious amounts of Civilization 4 - I really need a job!) So again comes the big question - what next. I have a nice pile of dramas on my computer waiting for watching.

Here's what I've got:

A Million Stars Fall From the Sky
Beach Boys
Daisuki
Good Luck
Hana Yori Dango
Love Generation
Mukodono
Overtime
Proposal Daisakusen
Summer Snow
Tiger & Dragon

Go ahead.. take this opportunity to shape my future! w00t!

This should be in the Recommendations thread........ Hmph.

Watched the last episode of Shuumatsukon. Better than I remembered, but still depressing and screwed up. I really hated the older sister, but the younger one didn't do anything to help things either. I give it a 8/10. Maybe an 8 1/2 because of Abe Hiroshi being a host in a gay club and having to kiss a man's hand as he greets him. Mr Green

After finishing Ushi ni Negai I wanted to see Saki Aibu in something else so I've started Zettai Kareshi. Just finished ep1, hard to say, this might be more of a "chick flick" kind of thing.

Yup, watched ep 2 I can see where this is headed. But I like Aibu and what's-his-name makes a pretty good robot so I'll keep going.

Mark

I wanted to see Aibu as well. So I got through Zettai Kareshi. But my Fast Forward button got a heck of a work out.

If you haven't seen it yet, by all means watch Utahime. Aibu is a peach in it... and the show is pretty darned good.

Thanks, I'll have to look that one up. You know, there's a lot of really talented young actresses coming up, besides Aibu, theres Riko Narumi, Suzuka Ohgo, and Mirai Shida. Too bad we can't say the same about the male side of the aisle. Shake Head
Edit: I see that Uthahime has Jun Fubuki in it. That's reason enough right there!! Applaud
