Puzzle... I can't get over the 4th episode before giving up. Maybe i'll finish it sometime in the future...

Now watching Mop Girl. Been catching up on those drama from the last couple of seasons that I missed or passed. So far, Mop Girl is not too bad. Kitagawa Keiko is so different from the more serious teacher role she does in Taiyou to Umi no Kyoushitsu. She makes alot of funny facial expressions in this drama
Just finished Ep 02 and I realized that Sakai Ayana is in this drama as well. Well only for 1 episode anyway but her smile is soooo sweet. Reminds me of her role as Natsumi in Zettai Kareshi. I'm gonna keep a lookout for her and see if there's more of her drama in the near future.

Also watching... Ryusei no Kizuna (Took a break at Ep 03..), Celeb to Binbo Taro (Ep 05) and Oh!! My Girl!! (took a break at Ep 02). _________________ Gyaboo! | |

I'm fighting my way through Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta (We were all Children Once ) right now.
http://jdorama.com/drama.863.htm
It's sort of a harmless little show about a small rural community trying to keep their elementary school open by bringing in a bunch of kids from Tokyo to let them experience life in the country.

The adult cast is terrific. Fubuki Jun, Shiraishi Miho, Jinnai Takanori... and of course, our ever smiling school teacher, Kuninaka Ryoko.

The thing is... this is a sweet show. Probably a bit too sweet for me. But I like the cast so I'll keep plugging away at it. _________________ Manga is to Literature

Sounds like it should be re-titled, Ruri no Shima Goes to the Country Honestly, I haven't seen it, but judging by that cast, I might have to check it out. Oops my bad, looks like Ruri no Shima came out AFTER this | |

Make some noise when you're done, will ya?
 |
I'll make some right now: the subber was clearly Chinese: he/she/it changed all the character names to Chinese names...

Example: Makino Hisako >> Zhengye Jiuzi

 This is gonna be tough.

Sorry, no. Mine is a retail copy from Taiwan with a set of sunningly EngRish subs.
 |

That's a shame. Still, if I can get a copy, we may be able to rip the Engrish subs and do something, a la Top Sales

OT: Shukan Maki Yoko, ep. 1., Thanks for your efforts, Beem and Geez

That's what a lot of the 15 year old droolers thought it was gonna be after seeing the first episode. A lot of the comments were... "Is this gonna be like a Red Shoe Diaries sort of show????" Will there be a lot of nudity?

Turns out, it was a "Midnight Show" in Tokyo and she did the sex addict episode first to keep the TV bosses happy. Then when they weren't looking, she tossed the "boob sctipts". _________________ Manga is to Literature
