also, i know this is a bit late in a reply, but i think yesasia would be best as you would get free shipping and no worry of p&p and also customs costs as thats what happens to me when i order stuff from amazon.co.jp as they tend to use delivery services like fedex that results in me having to pay an extra £15 sometimes!
my calendar has been already sent so should arrive by thursday/friday hopefully

I change from HMV to yesasia because the exchange rate.
Now Japanese yen rate is higher than US dollar. 
Amazon always use Fedex for international customer
Yesasia send me partial shipment yesterday; wall hanging calendar.
Hope it arrive on thursday/friday too.

yes, amazon (dunno about HMV) send theirs faster than yesasia but at least with yesasia once you pay thats it and no extra costs might pop up like with amazon.

HMV uses EMS service. a little bit cheaper and slower than amazon.
My desktop calendar has been shipped today

I think Erika's 2007 and 2008 calendar is more impress than 2009.
