Finished ep 4 of Tokyo Friends I'm beginning to see what Sensei, Geezer, AD, et al are talking about re Yoko Maki. All these girls are about the same age, but Maki is at least 10 years older. (I mean that in a nice way)

She's really charismatic on screen. Small and big.

Hmm, I watched the sp too but it sort of disappoints me.

Anyway finished Mop Girl recently and going to start on Utahime and Daisuki. Wonder which one would be better.

Celeb to binbo ep 06 is better than I thought. Finally more twist to the plot!

I guess it depends on what you're in the mood for. Haven't seen Utahime but I have one episode to go on Daisuki. Karina is SOOOOO good in this!! Applaud She usually plays the super cool bitch, but WOW her portrayal of Yuzu, a retarded woman trying to raise a child, where the hell did this come from?!!? It's hard to play a handicapped person and not make it all sentimental and syrupy but she's just unbelievable in this.

Yep, I agree. Daisuki isn't my type of show and I wouldn't re-watch it. But Karina's performance was good and like mark said unexpected.

Just saw the first ep of SCANDAL and the acting was good. It has a Desperate Housewives type of feeling and I'm not sure if I'll like that. I've never really seen Desperate Housewives, though.

Watched the first episode of Love Complex. I think that show is good for people with ADD because it tends to skip around so much that I'm a little confused at times.

Watching the Hissatsu Shigotonin 2007 SP again. It's a bit campy but very entertaining.

Looking forward to the full-length drama version in 2009.
