I honestly don't think the image improvement will be that noteworthy... Unlike the difference between videotape and DVD....

It's not really a movie that takes advantage of Hi-Def. It's a "small" movie which is one of it's great charms. I just yanked out the DVD again to watch it after a long while. Nothing like watching "Swing Girls" to put a smile on your face and to escape for a couple of hours.
