I've been trying to do some work for work, because I know that if I leave it last minute, I'll really regret it.

The thing is, when you know you have time off, you really want it OFF. Ugh. I'm such a procrastinator.

Well, you've got about two weeks... Take the first week to relax and whatnot, then take the second (or the latter part of it) to take care of business... Make a schedule and stick to it. Victory! Peace!

I think I'll do just that. This week (the first week) is really hectic for me. Today is Dad's birthday and tomorrow is my brother's. Then the next day (25th) is Christmas and the day after that is Boxing day. I'll have three days then until the 31st, which is my aunt's anniversary, and then it'll be New Years.

It's the week after that when I can focus on writing exams and such, since I go back on the 5th.

Grand. w00t!

the street below our building was completely empty today. Creepy, because it's usually full down to the park.

Oh yeah, they laid off half the remaining employees today... well gave them notice that Jan 5th is their last day.

Good times i tell ya.

There's good and bad to the lay-off situation in the USA. The bad is obvious.

The good... well, the USA should focus on making the best hamburgers possible, perfecting the french fry, train it's citizens to give good haircuts and manicures, become good soldiers, become good prison guards.

The high-tech stuff should be left for the modern countries in Asia and Europe to tackle.
