Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta episode 1. Many thanks to AD, Bmwracer, Exploring for resubbing the Engrish and Geezer for supplying this. (did I leave anyone out?)
Naturally with Kuninaka Ryoko I'm completely engrossed. Probably not the best drama ever.... but who cares. The little boy is performing an excellent role. Ryoko chan looks like a little older Eri chan and has some of the same charming expressions that made Churasan so memorable. In fact all the kids so far are amazing actors.
Hmmm... a few people mentioned grainy video... so I decided to pull out on oldie. Next drama for me is Rennai kekkon no housoku! Thanks for sharing, shin2! _________________

Finished the 3rd episode of Bloody Monday, I actually like how the show is playing out to be honest. The rest of the shows that aired during the Fall season kinda just fell off my radar, never really captured my eye. Maybe it's just me? *shrugs*
Anyways, just wanted to do my 2008 picks for the shows, since...hell, I wanted to share, hehe:
Best Supporting Actress: Ueno Juri (Last Friends)
Best Supporting Actor: Eita (Last Friends)
Best Actress: Karina (Daisuki!!)
Best Actor: Kimura Takuya (CHANGE)
Best SP: Nodame Cantabile Shinshun Special in Europe (edges out
Proposal Daisakusen in my books )
Best Drama: CHANGE

Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta, thanks to AD
I am enjoying it quite a lot. Even though it's slow and nothing much happens, I was never bored. The performances were all very good, and I like that it's about the simple things. Shiraishi Miho is really good despite limited screen time and dialogue. I was really impressed in some scenes where she didn't speak at all.
Just watched Aibou Pre-season episode 1. It was pretty good, but I probably won't continue. Felt a little long. The characterization was clear by the end, but maybe it was just a little too ordinary for me.
Nothing right now since Mendol completed. Where's that link that shows the upcoming dramas? I'd like to find another good drama with Maeda Atsuko or Kojima Haruna in it.

It's been one day and I've already seen 6 episodes of Rennai Kekkon...
What a great comedy! I've always enjoyed Kyon Kyon (since Survive Style 5+), but it's Yanagiba Toshiro that's really got me squealing! Such a different role for him! He's highly enjoyable and I'm cheering him on. Kashiwabara may be hot, but Yanagiba is so much more endearing.

Ep 3 of Omiai Kekkon. It seems like it'll be a nice romantic comedy. And my second Yusuke Santamaria drama in a row. Not done intentionally! I picked randomly, really! _________________
But it all just sort of petered out to a big ho-hum, who cares, by the end.
I'm gonna start "Scandal" next. The ladies who star in this one may not have flawless, seemingly air brushed faces anymore. But at least when these grown-ups are asked to convey some strong emotion the viewer (me) doesn't have to wince and hit the FF button... or just laugh out loud.
It should make a change from "Nanase".
By the way, Wynter. I flat out loved Rennai Kekkon _________________
