Nice and sunny however, everything is lightly covered in ash due to Mt. Asama erupting.

It needs to spew more into the atmosphere to help combat the rise in global climate.

I'd move to Florida tomorrow if I could! I truly hate British weather.

But I had an appointment tomorrow morning, and it's only a few streets away, but I'm not going to be able to get there with this weather.
The snow is quite thick on the ground now.

Lots of snow here too, so much so that all the trains where cancelled and I had to "Home Work". In reality I spent most of the time revising Japanese verb conjugations.

Typical England, you get a few inches of snow and everything grinds to a halt.

I heard it was snowing there! Isn't that rare?!

It was warmer today, but we're expecting another storm tomorrow. Doubt we'll have a snow day, tho.

I lived there for a few years and only remeber it really snowing where it stuck for a few days once.

Still rainy and cold here. Glad I still have up my Xmas decor for cheeriness. Mr Green

Not really... well I guess what you call rare ^^;;; we probably get snow fall about 3 times a year in my home town. Here in Cardiff where I am studying at University it is rare because of the pressure coming in from the sea... or something like that LOL. It doesn't often snow in the south. But I live in the middle of the country. Last year I got 2 days off because of the snow we got about 6 inches it was great. That's heavy for us... well where I live. Usually we can expect a 2/3 inches 2/3 times a year.
Obviously the further North you go the more snow you get. My friend who lives in Scotland gets lots of snow lots of the time =D
But the 12 inches some parts of England have received this time is rare!!! O.o

Nah, I wouldn't say rare either. Where I am we get probably at least a tiny sprinkle of snow each year. This year there's more than usual, though.

Wow Eve, you kept that quiet! You lived in England? (or somewhere else in the UK?). Did you develop a taste for tea and scones, and saying "flipping heck"? rofl
