lol well I work at UPS now so it feels almost 24/7 but next year I get two weeks off after being on the job for two years!
Serious about taking a trip to japan at least while the market is still so crappy I'm SURE to net some better deals this time around.

that was a long night. I was glad when the siren went off and it was 11:30. |
Oh. Ok.
Huh? For real?

oh yeah. they were spilling off the chute and dropping down the gap between the trailer and the dock. you'd understand if you've worked for Brown.
| SubaruWRX wrote: | | wow that must of sucked big time! |
it did, fortunately, that trailer was filled with packages for 2 zip codes in Minn (who knew they loved barbie so much there), so the qc part was easy.
Oh and this other time, it was so hot in the trailer and my fan was bring stupid and not spinning at full speed. so i kept drinking water because i was sweating so much. well, in the end i puked up water because i drank so much and it was non-stop large boxes. a parcel got soaked w/ water and so i put it aside to dry off. The sup comes by and sees the package and mutters that he didn't remember putting a salt down my chute.

lmao.. My sup I've never seen her salt the belt my guess is we have one of the largest volumes coming down the belt..
I load a mall truck so it's pretty much in and out for 4 hours.. this past Christmas some idiot put some tires on the belt not in a tote and just as it was going to come down the chute the tires fell out of the box and rolled down and just missed someone (good thing he saw it happening) and he jumped in a truck to miss it.
I'm on my first vacation now with UPS feels so damn good lol my back is thanking me big time
