You're right, they're showing the final episode in 2 parts. Tenchijin starts on Feb. 7th, and they'll be starting Rookies on Feb. 1 in the 9 pm slot.

Our local station, KTSF, broadcasts Korean programming (MBC America) on its digital sub channel. You think I will be able to catch this signal with a huge antenna? Puppy Dog Eyes

For some reason, the web site said I needed the Death Star to pick up a LA signal in NorCal. Does anyone know the used price for one of these things? hehe

First day for digital 18.2.... Victory! Peace!

Some oddball action drama is on: all the Japanese actors are speaking English, albeit broken English... With Japanese subtitles. Crazy

EDIT: The program is Katana-Man: http://en.utbhollywood.com/program5/e-892.html

I guess everything's just trial programming for the moment...

This should go to Funny Videos thread.

From the description of Katana-man:

Hearing of this, Geroge Bash, the President of America, suggests to Japan that they speak English as their main language in an attempt to make Japan the 48th state of the United States.

Anything is better than the almost nothing we get. Like, we get NHK news, in Japanese, no subtitles, at 5.25 am or 10.30pm Sad

Right now, they're showing a movie, but I've no idea what it is... And there's no subs. Puppy Dog Eyes
