It's getting pretty bad here as well. Last I heard there were 160 cases in my province.

THe first time I tried yoga I was just visiitng with a friend in an advanced class that had two teachers and the one who wasnt busy looked at me and said "project!" because Im pretty fit and flexible. Then nearly killed me after an hour and a half. I didnt go back the next day. I went to the gym and the easy elliptical machine.

I actually like the recumbent bike best so I can read at the same time when Im doing cardio. If I try to read on the elliptical I get motion sick. 
But mostly I prefer the weights machines. Most bang for your buck.
