Had dinner at Buca di Beppo with my Aunt and Uncle... Lotta food. Came to the conclusion that I don't like thin crust pizza.

Is there that much of a difference in flavor?

Somewhat, but it's also texture. Anago is suppose to be leaner, so it's firmer and meatier than unagi. They usually also use less sauce so it's not so sugary, letting you taste the eel more.

If it's leaner, then it has less fat... And we all know that fat is flavor. Mr Green
