For a person who's soooo concerned about what everyone else is working on, The Queen sure has a lot of time to cruise and micromanage. Shake Head Grumble

Talk about someone needing to take early retirement.

Being in a new workplace, I hope I can quickly get used to all the tasks and rules.

Two days already and I'm still making mistakes. Frustration is inevitable. Oh Lord! bleh

I worked really a lot in the last 6 weeks or so, summer is busiest for us marketing people as all events, product launches etc kick off in September. Mr Green

I might have to start looking for a new job as we are going to have McKinsey people coming in for 3 month to optimise our work process. So far so good but I feel that the department head wishes to take marketing away from my boss and is already lobbying accordingly. I donLt give a hey about internal politics but I refuse to report to the department head directly - she sucks at every level. Well, to be seen in the next three month.

^ I am so lucky - I'll be off Friday and Monday. Handing over my most urgent projects to colleagues.

Time to revive this thread!!! It's Friday Victory! Peace! w00t!

I was informed a few weeks ago that I have to work another 32 years to be entitled to my retirement pension (which will probably not happen anyway). I am bloody 34, this means I have to almost live the same amount of time I already lived but this time fully working. Beaten

Unless you're feeling awfully lucky, you might want to buy more than one.

The boss is getting really paranoid about the swine flu issue: she's got hand sanitizer bottle everywhere... Sweat

If she's that worried, she should stay home... And do us ALL a favor. Mr Green

Same here at my company, those little bottles are appearing all over the place, copier room, offices, etc....perhaps they should just let everyone go home with pay, then they wouldn't have to worry about catching anything....just my suggestion.
