Umm just wondering but wasn't there supposed to be a Movie or somethin' out of the drama Rookies? I mean I've seen the drama a long time and saw the special too which just showed what happened in the drama, pointless special if you ask me. But I hear rumors around saying there's a movie? :O

The movie was out in cinemas in June i think, but it subtitle version is not out yet, lets hope that happens soon, Rookies is awesome.

Movie DVD out Dec 4th. The movie has made up to $88M at the Japanese box office making it the #1 grossing for this year so far. Clearly blowing away Gokusen <--Just wanted to say that.

I found this duo version of "Kiseki" (Rookies theme song) by Toko (Murakawa Eri) and Halcali's Yukari. Why is Yukari singing with Toko you may ask? Eri and Yukari happened to be classmates at Sunrise High School and best friends since. Eri is also an accomplished vocalist. Cool, I like Eri. I would like to see her in more dramas. I didn't know she could sing! She actually reminds of a young version of Esumi Makiko from your sig!

Is it worth watching the SP? I read in previous posts that it was a recap of the drama and I that seems like a waste of time. Then again, maybe there's more things added to it? _________________ Japanese drama trades (on hiatus) Currently watching: Netflix stuff
