Thanks in advance.

I've only seen the LQ dvdscr version around. I have never seen a true dvdrip quality version. So a dvdrip might have never been shared by anyone, imo.

Thanks guys, I'll try searching other places too. If not, maybe buying the DVD on eBay/somewhere else might help in collection. Smile

I found the Crows Zero 1 and 2 on eBay for $25-30 each. You think it's worth it to get it for that price or I can get it somewhere else cheaper?

I dunno... What do you think of the price?

Are they bootlegs are actual DVDs from the manufacturer?

^ Hard to say...

But I'll bet that the cheaper one is just a DVD rip... The other one is overpriced, IMO, especially of you can buy it from Amazon for $25USD.

But you're looking for #2, not #1, huh?

Hey,

Yeah at first I wanted the second one because the one I have is terrible quality, I still watched it but I think it's a movie that deserves to be watched in good quality. About the first one, I have that too... The quality of it is a slight better. But when I thought about buying the DVD, I thought to my self that why not get both of them instead for the sake of the collection and of course for those two being great movies. Smile

I don't know this is hard, I looked into Amazon too like you said and it does seem like fair pricing, they don't have the first one though. And I can't seem understand nothing on Amazon japan, obviously lol. But yeah I'll think about it.

Thanks for helping me out with this.

At the Amazon Japan site, there's a "Click Here to see English" in the upper right corner...

Be forewarned: Amazon Japan's shipping costs are outrageous, sometimes more than the item itself. Sweat

Hey, yeah I later found out about the "English" button, silly me. Anyways, I'm gonna be checking out a local store that sells Asian DVDs such as Anime and Movies here around my area. Hopefully they have it.

Now lets get a little off-topic. Check this trailer out of this movie.

I don't know but it looks interesting to me. According to IMBD it was released in March 2009. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1237958/). I doubt it's subbed huh?

They have it but guess what sucks? I just read the information on the item and the DVD type is Region 2 which cannot be played in US/Canada DVD Players, Xbox etc. Only Region 1 disk work in here. Sad Time to look elsewhere. Smile

By the way, all DVDs from Amazon Japan are like that. Just letting know. ;-)

There are DVD players (Philips) that can be hacked via the remote to turn off the Region Code. Victory! Peace!

I have one and use it to watch my Nodame and other Japanese Region 2 DVDs... Big Grin

And there's a software program (DVD Region Free) that'll let you watch any Region DVD on tour PC as well... Victory! Peace! Victory! Peace!

Generally most cheap (no-name brand) players are region-free by default, or can easily be made so as beem mentioned above. It's usually the well-known brands that are less likely to be hackable.

True say. Victory! Peace!

You'd be hard pressed to find a Sony, Toshiba, or Panasonic that was Region Free or Region Free hackable. Sweat

Ouh interesting, then I might consider it. So what I understand from both of you is that if I do get it from Amazon Japan it won't be waste in the end and I'll still be able to watch one way or another.

Thanks! Big Grin

I think so... Of course, you're in Canada, so there might be a remote possibility that you could have a problem.

You might wanna read up on it over at videohelp.com... A GREAT source of audio and video information. Victory! Peace!

There's also another site, hmv.co.jp that also sells internationally... And their shipping costs appear to be more reasonable. Smile

EDIT: Eeek, I accidentally deleted your signature... Gomen. Sweat Bow
