Yeah! It's definitely a classic :} It's somewhat tough to visualize at times though, lolz, but its message is so clear.
I think the horse's name was Boxer or something, right?

Marvel stuff from the 60's is classic shit.
Those things are worth some mega bucks too. More than baseball cards, right? I'll have to wait another 30-40 years before any of my comics and baseball cards are worth anything. I think the highest value I have is an $8.00 comic book. (Spawn #1) Checked it in Wizard price mag about 6 years ago! *sigh* I have a long way to go. _________________

Congratulations! Spawn is now worth $9.00! _________________

I've never been a big fan of the "classics." I guess having no money makes it difficult to get them, and the dialogue is usually so dated. Alan Moore's run on Supreme was great because it would fuse the contemporary with the classic in one comic. _________________

Whhhaaat?? Silver Age, man, Silver Age. Hahah. It's great that they're coming out in TPBs, so, I guess that makes it accessible. Yeah, I actually like the Ultimate Fantastic Four going on now, as well. Powers is THE best recent title to come around in a long time. And, not to go off on a tangent, but, those of you who used to watch Homicide: Life on the Streets will find a lot to smile about at the relatively new Gotham Central ('bout a police precinct in a world with the Batman). Batman altogether has been beefed up ever since the 1989 film, if you ask me.
As mini-series go, 1602's pretty good, Avengers/JLA could've used a bit more seasoning -- but we been waiting over 20 years for this one, so, I dunno.

What happened to The Punisher?
The Punisher is still the Punisher. Garth Ennis is still writing it, and if you like that style of death and dark humor, then you'll like what he's putting out. They have recently moved to the MAX line, and it's supposed to be darker with less humor now. I'm still waiting on the trades for 1602 and UFF. U. Spider-man has been the best title out of the Ultimate line, I think. I still need to read up to Bendis's run on U. X-Men. One more time in unison, Millar is overrated! =) _________________

Amen, brotha'. He ruined The Authority for me.
I forgot to mention THE best series I EVER read, mini- or otherwise? Was recent. Was great. You don't even need to do a script, just use the issues themselves as the storyboard.
