But thatLs because I was diagnosed with rubella, the contagious childrenLs disease yesterday. Despite the vaccination I got when I was 13 ...
Wow, that is so bizarre.
They had a big ad campaign for the vaccine when I was a kid.
They called it getting under the Rubella Umbrella.
Hope youre not feeling to evil with it. _________________

Is rubella the same as 'measles' ? If so I think you have to protect your eyes. Wear sunglasses if possible, even indoors. The light has a bad effect on vision at this time.
Not entirely sure... but take care anyway.,

Maybe all that alcohol over the years nullified the effects of the vaccine. Hang in there!!
Interestingly enough my stepdad wondered about that too!

Lol about the rubella umbrella. The doctor on Saturday told me that the vaccine is about 90% efffective. I was just in the unlucky 10%.
ItLs not too bad, I just have the urge to rub my scratching body against pretty much everything.

No thanks god itLs not the same disease. I am covered in small spiky red dots and my joints ache a little but thatLs about it. The problem with rubella is that itLs mild for children and adults but very dangerous for unborn babies. If a pregant woman gets sick the baby is often born with disabilities. This is why I will be "grounded" next week - my colleagueLs wife is pregant and so are a few women on my working floor. The risk is just too high despite vaccinations.

A few Stella Artois and some Moules Frites will take care of your problem. Doctor Triky's order.

Actually sounds like my life every winter.
My skin is sensitive to the cold, dryness. Like having poison ivy for months.
Hang in there, girl! _________________
Omega-3 fatty acids are key to a healthier life
Research shows they promote heart health and reduce pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis. They also may help treat autism, bipolar disorder, depression, Alzheimerfs disease, ADHD and prostate cancer.
Omega-3 fatty acids: How much is enough?
The amounts and ratios required vary by age and condition, and the choice of supplements and foods is wide, but there seems little doubt most Americans need more.
Blood pressure: potassium, fish oil and fiber
Results haven't been unanimous, but a good deal of research suggests that healthy doses of potassium can help lower your blood pressure.

Are there any health benefits with wasabi?
Actually it's supposed to be anti-bacterial...that's why they used it in the preparation of Edomae sushi...remember this was years before refrigeration was invented
It also has some anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits.
