As funny as that story is, I don't know whether to believe it...other reports indicate that Sawajiri might have separated from her husband quite some time ago and all this is just now being played out in the media despite that this is really old news.

Yeah, it could be just a marketing strategy. Looks like she's trying to make a 'comeback' and what better than to have 'everyone' talking about you. I'm sure after news broke out she's gotten invitations to shows and stuff.

As long as she doesn't bitch out and say betsuni at her next press conference or interview I am sure she'll get her career on track again.
