well... I liked her in Azumi, wherelse can you see a cute girl open a can of whoop ass with a really nice sword. But I have to say, the thing I'm going to like best about Azumi 2 is that Chiaki Kuriyama is in it *eyeshift*

actually, i purchased the vcd of "my little chef" already when i felt in love with aya. but she played a very minor role in the drama. i guess watever drama where she plays only minor role is not dat good.

This is another minor role for Aya. The drama is called "Yome wa Mitsuboshi". Literally "3 Star Bride". It avaible as KIKU tv caps with english subtitles as "Perfect Bride"

Aya plays one of the annoying sister in law in this drama. Not much more than a highschool student who doenst want to do her homework as far as I remember. I posted a CM for this drama with my Aya CM's.

ohhh I think i have perfect bride. Didnt know aya had a role in it though

I didnt even know who she was when I watched it and its one of her younger roles too. I was so surprised when i realized that the annoying sister in law was Aya. Its from 2001 and is her second drama, before she was in Kinpachi sensei later that year. She may have even had a larger role in "namida o fuite" which was the first drama she was in from 2000. I only saw the first 3 episodes of that then I had no more time to rent the rest while I was in Japan.

well, akiko (the main char, right?) is cute but he's not very good in acting, i hardly see any facial expression. and as for the food, hehe, it looks very tasty AND EXPENSIVE, ha ha.

The show is pretty funny thus far, I know it's not like a ground breaking drama or anything but Akiko and Aya combo is great! And Abe Hiroshi is heca funny too.

has anyone watched namida o fuite and kinpachi sensei? looks like just 2 other minor-role-aya series.

we had kinpachi sensei here before but I wasnt sure what season. It was too boring for me to follow
