I think you're right: it was a 500 server internal error, quite often caused by mistakes in code.

Nono it wasn't a mistake in the coding. There was a mistake on the site. Keps pointed it out a while ago, that it said "reviewd" instead of "reviewed". So I'm thinking he was fixing that.
