I was just reading a couple of city blogs and came across this breakfast sandwich at a local L.A. restaurant (no I haven't been there. ) This probably has more calories than I'm eating daily right now.

That guy used always have his stack of hamburgers

whereas Popeye used to get the can of spinach...I wonder if he ever blanched it in a a red strainer pot just for shits & giggles, instead of always eating it from the can.

The tonkotsu chashu ramen was better than the spicy negi ramen I had at the same place a couple of weeks ago... Smile

That said, the best noodles are still at Ramen California. Victory! Peace!

I just had a big salad with Yuzu dressing and some sauteed chicken tenders marinated in a little soy sauce. Lunch....

I like making tuna melts with brie too.
