The lead reminds me of L from death note for some reason,,
after seeing the first episode,, I kinda wanted Kinna to be more,, eccentric
I know that she's eccentric but she keeps teetering on the edge of normalness,, which kinda makes her character a little indecisive (or for something harsher boring) hope it get's better as it progresses,,

I think it is not too bad. Kiina is someone with very high observation and deductive reasoning abilities. Galileo however is someone who has those abilities (on a slightly smaller scale) but have high knowlegde in physics. Kiina is someone who others feel is eccentric and weird while Galileo appear to be someone who is eccentric and weird too but other people respected him. Althought similiar, these 2 character does have some variation and thus how they conclude a case is quite different. _________________ Gyaboo!

Yeah, come to think of it, her supposedly eccentric habit could be a copycat from "L". But not convincing, hurh ? She needs to pour tonnes of sugar into her tea before I am convinced.
The drama's selling point is not Kanno Miho, but the fact that the drama draws from a reservoir of real-lefe bizarre cases.
I can't make out Kiina's character. On one hand viewers are supposed to understand her extraordinary abilities, but she looks "air-brain" and brainy at the same time. What an oxymoron. Perhaps Nakama Yukie would fit better.Even Fukada Kyoko is more convincing in Fugoh Keiji.
