Its good to be unpredictable. And truly one can never tell what will be smashed in the root vegetable mash. But tonight it was the current house special of taters and carrots mixed. Delish.

Since cookingwithdog was mentioned lately, their video about How to Make Yakibuta Ramen comes to mind: that's about 5 hours of preparation for a cup o' ramen.
