that is the amazing thing of Japanese cuisine, drink, anything...

they put that extra effort, detail, quality in anything they do, and it shows,

Yup. Well at least we have Japanese markets in Southern California like Mitsuwa, Marukai, and Nijiya that you can shop at.

Yeah, my brother, niece, and sister-in-law tried four different types of oysters that day.

All I could do was watch in horror. bleh

I have a hanging net of oysters in my backyard which I harvest in a bucket of sea water. hehe
