I'm afraid her role would be minimal since Takuya and the dogs are more of a focus in this drama. I hope I'm wrong and that she has a lot of screen time. I didn't plan to watch this drama but now that Ayase is in here I guess I'll watch it.
have you seen the trailer yet?yes the main focus is probably belong to the dogs and kimutaku. but instead of exploration itself, the writer also want to add some love story into the plot so ayase will potray some loneliness , uneasy feeling and strong will against kimutaku decison.
i do hope she get appropiate screen time too.

I thought I read that Ayase was playing Kimura san's sister in law in this drama. Not really a romantic premise.
I shall be happy to see her n this drama anyway. I like her a lot.
I saw clips of the drama. Of course they would include Ayase's parts since the news is about her accepting the role. As to how much of a role she plays in this drama I'll wait and see. They did say that Ayase at first sees Takuya as older brother but later falls for him so she'll harbor this possibly one-sided/unrequited love for him. The question is will Takuya shares the same feeling? Well even if he feels the same it's not the their romance would become anything. He is her brother-in-law. I'm pretty sure that the romance will start vaguely with no shape or form and ends vaguely with no shape or form (like other jdramas. In this case it has a strong reason to be vague and murky.) It's not like I care too much for Takuya/Ayase pairing nor am I a Kimura dramas fan. I like KT not because I think he's a great actor or anything. I like the side of him when he doesn't take himself seriously. But anyways, I'll be watching for Ayase and will probably end up skimming the parts without her.

i dont know if i am wrong, but the plot say that kimura is the "late husband" of her sister...mean her sister is already dying or whatever..so i do hope they will be a love story between two of them..if not..i will be much dissapointed.
but the reason she starred in this grand drama itself make me happy tho..same to you i'll watching this drama for just for ayase sake.

who is the most clumsy but lovable?
Goo rankings has recently released a poll on who would be the best to act out a clumsy yet lovable role and the results were overwhelming. While most had received similar numbers, Ayase Haruka, who had won first place, won by a landslide of over 21,000 votes!
Check out the rankings down below from 1st to 18th place!

From the description I assume that her sister or his wife already passed. But even so it's still taboo because he is still her brother-in-law. I notice that most Takuya dramas are pretty focused on him and his screen time dominates. I actually tried to watch Mr. Brain twice but I couldn't go pass ep 2. (It was pretty bad. I wonder who wrote up that ridiculous shtuff.) Anyways I still wanted to see the ending since I was curious of Takuya/Ayase development) so I went straight to the last ep. Let's just say for the eps I saw there weren't too many scenes of Ayase and I doubt she had that much screen time in the drama overall (then again she wasn't doing much in that drama anyways.) As for this one, I'll wait and see.

the real fact about me when i watched mr.brain is, i dont know who ayase is and i watched it for kimutaku sake. i dont gv any attention to her until the very last episode. i dun care about their love development because i think the story plot itself is great enough. the funny thing is when i start recognize ayase chan in May 2011 after watching her top 5's dramas (sekaichuu, HNH1,HNH2,jin1 and jin2), i completely fall in love with her n being a completely in shock when she also starring in mr.brain which i cant remember watching her in it. i dunno what my point is..mayb i agreed with u on the fact that she wasn't received a very much attention in Mr.Brain but i do like the drama as i think it has some funny, creative and informative elements in it.
im too hoping that she will be given a proper screen time even we all know the fact that kimutaku will own all the spotlight there

She looks really pretty in the botton left pic. As for the upper right pic, in the dark blue swimsuit, my guess is that her oppai are not that big now as I can see that's she's so skinny now by her facial features now. I'm sure her their is still ample but as the other posts reads, she doesn't do this type of photo shoots anymore (at least I haven't seen one lately).

^^ Have a feeling you're not the only one!
Some shots of Haruka from Happy Flight, 2008 TV movie. Going in had no expectations but it really was a good film, first half was quite fluffy but the second half had some good intense moments, it was also a major takeoff of AttentionPlease, even some of the same actors were in this one.
