Haha. I have a gardener. Smile

One of my neighbors tried to threaten me about the same thing...that is to say the big tree in my backyard was dropping leaves on his pool. He left a letter on my front door, which included his business card which showed that he was a lawyer. He didn't try to be amicable about it and just threw out that letter trying to show how big his d*ck was.

Well I researched the law in California and shot him back a letter certified with return receipt and told him what the law was in our fair state regarding errant leaves falling from a tree. He called me trying to be all high and mighty. After he received my letter he shut the f*ck up and I never heard from him again. Thank you very much.

After I read the first line I knew that wouldn't fly with you, dear. hehe

Owning eleven acres with literally hundreds of trees I know a bit about responsibility and whose homeowners insurance takes care of it. So when we downed a 70 pine last week that got caught by the wind and fell on our neighbors place she was very relieved that I said we would remove it. She apparently knew too. Mr Green sorry Beem. Maybe you need a mulcher so you don't have to rake?

LOL.

So much for neighbors trying to be neighborly. Some people always feel the need to push people around rather than trying to talk to them in civil terms... Shake Head

Yup. It wasn't like I was unsympathetic, but the attitude he espoused was a complete turn off so I obliged him by reciprocating in like fashion.

Dude must have money...if it's so troublesome get a pool cover or a gardener fool!

Sometimes you have to stand up for yourself, even in the face of stupidity.

Exactly.

Throwing your weight around like that will hardly bring about a kind response.

That's a trip that you can actually walk on the cover. I guess it's pretty sturdy.

Looking through the Black Friday ads. Since I'm not looking for a TV, it seems they're pretty cheap. Beaten

That sounds typical.

OT: Watching the Finale for Dancing WIth the Stars.

Ricki Lake did the best dance/tango Ive ever seen in all the seasons. The judges said so too.

But she was voted off. Darned popularity contest. Bang Head
