Finished working on the yard... Nothing like raking up the neighbors leaves in your yard.
Haha. I have a gardener.
One of my neighbors tried to threaten me about the same thing...that is to say the big tree in my backyard was dropping leaves on his pool. He left a letter on my front door, which included his business card which showed that he was a lawyer. He didn't try to be amicable about it and just threw out that letter trying to show how big his d*ck was.
Well I researched the law in California and shot him back a letter certified with return receipt and told him what the law was in our fair state regarding errant leaves falling from a tree. He called me trying to be all high and mighty. After he received my letter he shut the f*ck up and I never heard from him again. Thank you very much.

After I read the first line I knew that wouldn't fly with you, dear.
Owning eleven acres with literally hundreds of trees I know a bit about responsibility and whose homeowners insurance takes care of it. So when we downed a 70 pine last week that got caught by the wind and fell on our neighbors place she was very relieved that I said we would remove it. She apparently knew too. sorry Beem. Maybe you need a mulcher so you don't have to rake? _________________

LOL.
So much for neighbors trying to be neighborly. Some people always feel the need to push people around rather than trying to talk to them in civil terms...

Yup. It wasn't like I was unsympathetic, but the attitude he espoused was a complete turn off so I obliged him by reciprocating in like fashion.
Dude must have money...if it's so troublesome get a pool cover or a gardener fool!
