I've seen that happen to the 110 where it crosses under the 105: Those dopes don't clear the debris near the drains before it rains, so it eventually clogs up and floods the freeway. Shake Head

Yup. The world is drying out over here though since there's a bit of sun and the wind picked up. Not too wet anymore.

It didn't rain nearly as hard or as long as I was led to believe by the weather forecasters: the rain stopped at around 10am and it was just windy the rest of the day...
