Place: Emerald Ballroom - Hilton Convention Center
No photography is permitted during the hiro concert, autograph session, or the question and answer panel. If you are caught taking a photograph your camera/phone will be confiscated and you will lose your badge for one hour. The film will be destroyed; flash memory card will be formatted. You will have to sign the damage waiver at the time of repossession of your camera/phone before you will be able to get your badge back. Your camera/phone may be picked up at the end of the convention and/or when you leave the convention.
There are two ways to get your hiro Concert ticket:
Option #1:
If you've paid for a Sakura-Con 2004 Convention full 3-day pass, you can pick-up your FREE ticket to the hiro concert at our Information Booth in the Marriott Hotel across from the Washington Ballroom at 9:00 am, on Saturday, April 24th.

* One ticket per body
* Tickets will be passed out first-come-first-serve

Please note:
Tickets are limited and once they are gone they are gone. Do not ask us if there are any more. We cannot guarantee everyone waiting in line will get a ticket to the concert.
Option #2:
Pre-Registration for the hiro concert tickets is now over. If you've missed out you have one last chance to guarntee yourself a ticket to the concert. Sakura-Con will be selling a limited number of tickets at convention at our Merchandising Booth from Friday and through 12 noon Saturday, April 22nd - 24th, 2004.
Cash or checks will only be accepted at the Merchandising booth. To get to the merchandising booth you will have to first be:
* Register at the Registration Desk and purchase either a 1-day or 3-day (full) pass.
* From there head to the Merchandising Booth to purchase your hiro concert tickets.
Merchandising Booth Hours
Friday, April 23rd 9a - 6p
Saturday, April 24th 9a - 12 noon
* Purchased tickets are not reimbursable or transferable
* Any purchased concert tickets not picked-up 10 minutes before the concert will automatically be given away to other general convention attendees who did not get into the concert.

Under Age 18?
For Minors (under age 18) attending Sakura-Con 2004 a Parental Consent must be read, signed and physically mailed to us. Complete the attendee's name and the Parent Consent portion on the Registration Form in addition to submitting Registration information in this Pay Pal transaction. Minors must have an adult/guardian on the premises, the adult does not have to go to the concert/event unless child must be accompanied at all times. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Important Notes:
Seating will begin approximately 30 minutes before any ticketed event. All tickets will be general seating. Having a ticket only guaranties a seat until approximately 10 minutes before the start of an event. Any empty seats at that time may be given to a non-ticket holder so be prompt when lining up for this event.
No scalping of tickets is allowed. Scalping is defined as selling your ticket at a profit. If you are caught scalping your ticket, you may lose your badge and may be escorted from the premises."
