actually , I like her alot, and in quite a few dramas. but recently, she hasn't done much. her photos are also mosly old ones.

I was just looking for a discussion on her the other day. Glad you started one.

And more pictures of her would be appreciated. I think she is very sweet.

shes really pretty...u can tell she probably has no plastic surgery at all! and shes a good actress...very funny in PERFECT BRIDE/ YOME WA MITTSUBOSHI...she deserves more popularity and better parts in big dramas!!! wahhhH!!!! i hope she gains more fame etc~~

Yoshino Kimura is one of my favorites.

I think the reason she hasn't been doing Drama after Drama is because she's trying to establish herself in the movies.

In the last couple of years, she's had lead roles in the theatrical movies "Moho Han" and "ISOLA". Both of which have been released on DVD in the U.S.

There was another big movie (I can't remember the name right now) but that one hasn't made it across the ocean yet.

But you're right. I wish she'd focus more on doing TV dramas. But then... I'm greedy.

She hasn't been a lead for quite a while.

* The vulnerable Nazuna in Over Time
* The tough girl Haru in Ryuuten no ouhi - Saigo no koutei
* The Chick Lit type of heroine Ibuki in Koi no Kamisama

Well, her performance in Perfect Love is not bad too but less chemistry with Masaharu Fukuyama.

Yutaka Takenouchi did a great on the chinese too but she spoke it best :victory:
