Synopsis

This drama is a recreation of the original (of the same name), that aired in 1976.

The story is about the problems that occur between daughter-in-law Takahira Tomoko and mother-in-law Takahira Shino.

After years of saving and economizing, Tomoko and her husband are finally able to buy a house. One day, her husband's mother, Shino comes to visit with the intention of remaining only a week. As the week draws to an end, Tomoko realizes that Shino means to stay on a bit longer...
