Synopsis
Otonashi Tsukiko has returned from New York, it seems. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) had set up a new unit called UIU (Unscientific incident Investigation Unit), and Tsukiko has returned from her assignment at the FBI to join this new unit.

Pretty much the same with the first one, only different urban legend and more unrealistic/fantasy case. I guess the story will be much more interesting if some urban legends really exist
