I had some problems being sympathetic to the plight of the main female character. If you are in love with some one else and get married to a really creepy dude through an arranged marriage, who you have never even slept with, you probably shouldn't be too surprised when he turns out to be a psychopath. And then if you decide to give him a second chance and end up pregnant with his demon child, it's now officially all your own stupid fault, sorry. A couple of other small points; I am okay with chance encounters, but every time this girl walks out her door, it's "Oh my God, I can't believe I ran into my former love......ten thousand times", and why is it that every older drama has to have the main male character play some stupid sport. I suppose they figure that they need romance to attract a female audience, and they better throw in some sports to attract a male audience as well. It gets old after a while. Without trying to spoil anything, I was somewhat surprised by the simplicity of the ending. There was a certain logic that was being presented that, if this were a modern drama, would have lead the characters the other way. I was glad to see it end this way, and that alone alowed me to not hate this series, but then again, it felt a little unresolved. |

Love the theme song but it doesn't really match with the atmosphere of the dorama.
