I'm not so interested in that movie...cos Arashi plays the leading role, Shibasaki Kou's acting always looks the same, and I don't know anything about the manga the movie is based on. :(

I know what you mean. It just feels weird that it's Nino who'll be pairing Shibasaki Kou instead of Tamaki. He looks much younger (or is that the plot of the manga? I haven't read it myself). It would be better if it were Tamaki :mrgreen:

and I suspect that Tamaki's love interest will be Horikita Maki? :shakehead: I prefer Shibasaki Kou to her

Shibasaki Kou is playing Yoshimune the Shogun. She's suppose to look like a wise leader and regal. Nino character is Mizuno who enters the Shogun's harem and caught her eye. Horikita Maki character is Mizuno's childhood sweetheart. Tamaki is the handsomest consort in the harem but he also sleeps around with the men in the harem.
I remember people say Maki was really good in Atsuhime so we'll see.

Tamaki Hiroshi topped the ranking for the Kanto region for the 2nd year in a row. His "Nagatanien" and "U-Can" commercials are still as popular as ever. Ueto Aya ranked 2nd and Nakama Yukie came 3rd place. They both switched places compared to last year. Talents who improved a lot compared to last year are Kato on 7th (last year out of range), Matsuzaka Daisuke on 12th (last year on 1,202nd), Maya Miki on 9th (last year on 227th) and Eita on 16th place (last year on 177th).
