I have read all your posts in this thread (66 pagesc hahaha), and just like you all I'm so obsessed... addicted... maybe crazy about Tamaki-kunc :hehe:
I watch Heavenly Forest first, I love him since then. his acting as Makoto really catched me, besides itfs a good movie too. I watched Nodame Cantabile several weeks after Heavenly Forest, and no doubtc Ifm totally crazy about him :nut: and so anxious to find out more about him: his works, etc.
besides Heavenly Forest and Nodame Cantabile, so far Ifve watched Shikaotoko Aoniyoshi, Top Caster, Akai Unmei, Itoshi Kimi e, Last Christmas, Water Boys, Shopping Hero, Henshin, Tengoku e no Calendar, and Rockers. my favorites so far are Heavenly Forest (movie) and Nodame Cantabile (dorama). so desperate to watch his other dramas/movies, especially Hoshi Hitotsu no Yoru where he acted with Ken Watanabe. where can I find (buy) his other dramas/movies with English subs?
Tamaki Hiroshi really is a very good, talented and promising actor. even in his early career (e.g Waterboys), hefs acting is so natural. and refer to his choice of rolec he always play different character in his movie/drama. this is in line with his goal-seeking: gI want to create an image, destroy it, and then move to another challenging experienceh. he can portray his role in such away that you will believe that his real personality is just like Makoto or Chiaki Shinichi, orc (etc). butc after watching some behind the scenes or NGs from his movies/dramas, youfll find out that hefs neither Makoto or Chiaki (so funny, sneaky and friendly)... :hehe:

I love both too. Besides I love Hyouheki in which he acted a climber Okudera. If I lived with Okudera-kun just like in the drama, I would work very hard to feed him. :mrgreen:

Hiroshi Tamaki stars in film adaptation of Tezuka's "MW"

"MW," a manga by famed artist Osamu Tezuka, is being turned into a live-action film, starring actor Hiroshi Tamaki. Taking the director's seat is Hitoshi Iwamoto, known for several popular television dramas.
The comic originally ran in Shogakukan's Big Comic from 1976 to 1978. The story revolves around MW, a poisonous gas developed as a chemical weapon by foreign military forces. After an accidental leak on an isolated island, the military covers up the incident by exterminating all of the island's inhabitants. One survivor named Yuuki (Tamaki) grows up as an elite bank employee, but in secret, he is a killer taking revenge on those responsible for the incident. His ultimate goal is to unleash MW across the whole world.
Takayuki Yamada co-stars as Yuuki's friend and accomplice, a priest named Yutaro Garai.
Filming started on April 20, and some scenes are currently being shot in Thailand. The movie will open in theaters in 2009.

Another report said Tamaki-kun and Yamada Takayuki have no gay relationship. Yokatta`relieved.
I don't want to see their yaoi scenes, but in fact, I think the gay relationship between them is an inevitable essence of the manga. I'm afraid the movie will become shallower...
Anyway Tamaki-kun with glasses as a banker looks so cool. I want to see him in the screen soon!

why is the shooting done in thailand? why not just in japan?
