Anime - General Discussion Thread

i originally stopped at ep 3 as well, i just wanted to finish all the ones i started, burn them and clear out the hd. :beaten:

So since, i finished Trinity Blood, i needed to pick something that i finished downloading, while I wait for Shota no Sushi to finish downloading.
I randomly picked Beck and im liking it alot, im up to ep 8 and it's really starting to pull me in... i should have stopped at ep5 and went to sleep, but I had to watch a few more. :mrgreen:

for waiting, theres always gonna be long lines if you're trying to get it before the day starts, but yeh sounds cool if they mail it out to ya, thank goodness for free badges and free lines (for all 4 days)! whoo-hoo!, that saves me a lot of time and money :mrgreen:

anyway, just gotta hold of some new shows: black lagoon, .hack//roots, nana, disgae, simoun and school rumble 2, thank goodness for video ipods! i can watch them during breaktimes in class, my times are limited nowadays :shamefulcry:

yeah the character designs are great....a very cute girl.

i like the character, chiba, he's fuggin' hilarious.

i'm not spoiling anything for you.....it's implied in conversation...it isn't a focal piece of the show or anything. maybe instead of nori flakes he uses the shake from the bag...hence calling him sweet sweet chiba.

me too...me and that old hag, the wicked witch of the east, who introduced me to the show.

I started Tenjou Tenge recently. All boobs aside (and I mean that literally :sweat:) I kind of like it. Samurai 7 is pretty good too :mrgreen:

Tomorrow I'm supposed to be watching Final Fantasy: Advent Children because my lil bro says that its "such a kick ass anime/movie!"....we'll see though. If it sucks I'm gonna nail him to the wall by his big toe :hehe:.

Hm...oh yeah *snaps fingers* Blood + is pretty good too. But right now Bleach is my bread and butter :thumbsup:

So what's been released that's really good guys? Any suggestions?
