Does anybody know what's up with Tokyo Toshokan? It's on Crunchyroll now...is this some temporary change or a permanent relocation?

I was able to get to the normal site after a click...but for whatever reason, I haven't read up on it...when you type www.tokyotosho.info it directs you do a Crunchyroll start page.
