My mistake. Lack of tv-station logo made me think its vcd.
So the source used for the first release of L&F was tv-rip, the latter - dvd.

If you just tried a little, you would know whats the satus of those projects. But you didnt. And kept going "They should do this and that". Do it yourself.

On all jtv's encodes i ve seen, there was an announcement - who did it and where they are.
Did you visit them and asked a member of the staff? Or should they email you directly with all the information you would ever need?
