When the characters in Ninkyo Helper talked to each other and the ppl in the rojin home was when I laughed the most I think. :hehe:

Meisa Kuroki becomes newest L'Oreal spokesperson

Rising star Meisa Kuroki (21) is all set to become a bigger name worldwide, with the help of a major commercial contract. She has just signed on as a spokesperson for cosmetics brand L'Oréal Paris, whose beauty products are popular in more than 150 countries.

Kuroki has been building her career in Japan since 2004, but she finally got her big international break last year when she starred in the joint Japanese-Chinese film "Subaru," based on a manga about a ballet dancer. Her performance caught the eye of L'Oréal's international general manager Vianney Derville, who praised Kuroki's elegance, beauty, and natural talent.

L'Oréal will feature Kuroki in advertisements around the world, starting with Japan in early March for the release of the new hair care product Damage Care PRO EX. The company's current roster of spokespersons includes top celebrities such as Penelope Cruz, Beyonce, and Eva Longoria.

Kuroki Meisafs first live concert in October

Today it was announced that actress Kuroki Meisa (22) will have her first live concert on October 6 at the Ebisu Garden Hall in Tokyo.

Kuroki debuted as a singer in June 2008 and just had her first live performance at the "GirlsAward2010" fashion show back in May this year. She only was able to perform two songs at the event, but the audience was blown away by her sexiness and fierce dancing skills. After that many of her fans demanded to see more from her and so her agency hurried to organize her first live concert.

At the concert she will sing around 10 different songs, including her most recent single "5 -FIVE-". The stage will reach halfway into the audience, so that really everyone will enjoy the concert to the fullest.

Kuroki about the concert, "It's the first 'one man show' in my life. I'd like to do the rehearsals while checking through the past event again and carefully prepare for the upcoming performance."
