 Well, there's people that still get suckered into watching it. Can't blame them though, when you read the synopsis, the show sounds like it has a lot of potential. But then you watch it.

Just making a joke. This is one of those dramas that people either loved or hated. You're on one side, I'm on the other, but that's part of what this forum is all about. Hell, I liked Sengoku Jietai http://jdorama.com/drama_1006.htm, so I'm really in no position to criticize anybody. [/list:u]

Last Friends was my first real j-drama (not counting anime) and I LOVED it. Watched the whole thing non stop, was a bit knackered at work though.

My wife says (she is Japanese) that there was a special that covered the group of friends a year on but I cant find any place to get it, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you tried D-Addicts?

I'm glad I didn't watch this drama non-stop... I would've been so frustrated with the story that I would've lost it and been committed. :bleh:

I dunno.

You might end up liking it more than me and not be insulted, er, bothered by how the story progresses.

Spoiler tag? I think that's revealed as a key part of watching the drama, yes?

I dunno. What she actually had, we may never know - it's easy to take the advice of a therapist or physician and let your mind do the rest. Sexuality is complicated enough that I think we should be really careful to make any broad proclamations.

Either way,

A newbie brought up the drama. :)

I was really impressed by how Juri portrayed the role of Ruka.

That's pretty much unanimous.... As was how the drama tanked when the storyline went off course and over a cliff.
