episode 10 is LOVE!!!!

Just as I thought, Shuichi won't kill Maria because I know deep down inside he still have that soft heart somewhere (but I'm sorry Shuichi, I did hate you at that time XD). They had a talk and dear God! I love the chat that he had with Maria-chan. What Maria said had brought him back to his senses, and his voice was so soft that you quickly realized that something had changed with Shuichi. When Maria said "you'll be coming again, won't you?" and Shuichi said "no, I won't" I cried. I suddenly feel so sad about Shuichi T.T

After the phone call, Risa walked away, didn't know where to go and nearly collapsed. Thank God Kamiya sensei was with her. He took her to a different hospital, so that she could rest. Risa didn't want to hear anything about Kengo T.T

then, a year passed by... (and I was like WHAT?????)

Maria was all genki. Her work managed to get through the art exhibition and she was so proud. They were planning a party to celebrate it. Maria suggested inviting Minako, Kengo said that he would invite his senpai too, then Maria said "mou hitori (there's another one)". It breaks my heart when Kengo answered "Risa no koto..mou (just forget about Risa)" KENGO NO BAAAAKA! T.T

Kengo, Maria and Okaasan went to the exhibition hall. Minako was there too. I was so worried that Kengo and Minako were together again, but then Minako said that she had an omiai (arrange marriage), then she asked Kengo "Kengo wa? zutto matteru tsumori? (and how about Kengo? are you planning to keep on waiting?)" I don't know if Minako was talking about Risa, but I want to think that way XD

When they left the place, Risa saw them from afar. I was like "OMG!!!!!!!!!" I was hoping that she would call out for him but she didn't. She smiled when she saw them but then she looked so sad T.T Kengo felt something, and turned around. He saw Risa walking away. He could only see her back, and he didn't call out for her either. KENGO NO BAAAKA!!!

Shuichi did jump off the building but he survived. Risa took care of him. Helped him do the rehab to be able to walk again. I think he knew that Risa was in pain, trying to suppress her feelings about Kengo. Then he did something. He left the hospital in his crutches, but apparently he could walk very well. I was like "WTF??? just when I thought he had changed and he tried to mess up with things again??!!!" but I'm glad I was wrong. He went to Kengo's house and left the saving book there (keyhole was lagging a lot in this scene). Yappari, he had changed. Thank you Shuichi.

Risa went back to the pet shop, where she worked. Her colleague (the owner?) told her there was someone looking for her and talked about the kurage. Risa as surprised because she was sure that must have been Kengo. She rushed to the street, trying to find Kengo, but to no avail. Kengo was roaming the street, saw the lighthouse and decided to go there. Risa gave up, feeling disappointed, she too roamed the street, and saw the lighthouse (and here I nearly died!!!).

and YES!!!! THEY FINALLY MET THERE!!!! AND I WAS SQUEALING LIKE CRAZY!!!!!

Risa asked him why he came to the pet shop. And Kengo told her that he wanted to give back the book. Then they were talking about nagareboshi. Risa was standing in front of him. Then Kengo said "Risa, issho ni kaerou (Risa, let's go home together)" and I was like KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Risa was speechless. Then KENGO HUGGED HER FROM BEHIND, REPEATING "kaerou" and I cried like crazy when Risa nodded and said "un (okay)" Then she hugged his arm, then turned to him AND HUGGED HIM BACK!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then Kengo laughed, Risa laughed. OH MY GOD!!!! I SWEAR TO GOD THAT I NEARLY DIED HEARING THEIR LAUGHING VOICES!!!!! so much love and happiness in that voice!!!! and I'm not sure whether I saw it correctly, but I think I saw them KISSED!!! (please forgive me if I saw it wrongly)

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the last scene. Love love love love. I knew it would end in the viewing platform because when they were looking at the stars in ep9, Kengo said they'd get a better view there and Risa asked if he'll take her there next year. So when they forward to a year later, I knew it was going to end there.

I don't know if it was written in the script but that laugh he did after she kissed his cheek. *melt melt melt into a puddle* So natural, so much love and relief and happiness. And oh my God, if Yutaka placed his lips near my ears and said "Kaerou" with that deep voice of his my panties would just explode. How does she stand it?? How is she not a little bit in love with him after the shooting is all said and done??

That scene when Risa saw the Okada family on the bridge. :puppydog: When she smiled at how happy they are and then got sad thinking that she was once part of that family. but never again, ohh..that got my tears flowing! Kengo turned because she heard her voice, he knew it was her and to only see her back, walking away, so heartbreaking.

So clarifications please: what happened with the police then? did Kengo go to jail?
How come Dr. Kamiya is working somewhere else? I heard Hokkaido and am assuming he's transferring there later.

If Evil Goro has been faking his disability, how is it he's able to stay in a hospital/rehab without the doctors ever figuring out he's all better?

Oh please please do a Special! Goro could come back and try to convince Risa to bail him out again. Maria could fall ill again, or maybe the mom. Anything to have Kengo back on my monitor screen!

I don't remember where but I did mentioned somewhere that I screamed really hard when I watched that clip......YAY!!!! LOVE THAT HUG!!!! :dancing:

I've never seen him voluntarily hug a fellow actress before. Usually he's very shy and reserved. I've seen him hug Sorimachi a lot. :hehe:

So what did we learn from Nagareboshi?

Kengo's mom has teleportation powers. She's able to get to the orenji lake a few minutes after Kengo & Risa, who were already halfway there and had a car!

Kengo has calves of steel to be riding that bike in such speed up and down those hills.

Jellyfish loves classical music.

Risa's thighs are apparently made of leather as they can withstand cold temperatures.

Shuichi obviously surprise with Maria's attitude when they're talking. Maybe because of the lack of understanding but I don't know why Shuichi want to commit suicide (if he really jump from the building) when I saw him walking normally after faking his limp I was scream, "Evil brother!"

I like the ending wasn't strecth unnecessarily with them not able of meeting each other. I also like how Risa notice when someone approaching her in the exhibition place, althought it's only Dr. Kamiya. I like it when the story doesn't fall to the obvious, like when Kengo saw Risa from afar he didn't chase her (so the story won't be end there :p). Isn't nice to see Kengo and Minako can stay friends? And Dr Kamiya and Risa too have nice relationship.

so with Risa's money, did his brother took her money first before sending the bank book to the Okada's? Risa keep saying "kuso aniki" is it just because he send her money to Kengo? is it probably just his way of making her peace with Kengo, knowing he will try to find her to return the bank book. :p

I love it when Kengo just watching Risa before he asked her to come back to his house together. I love that words "Risa, kaero isshounin" ... ah!!!! :smitten: no need to explain and tell all the excusse of his action, just forget it and move forward.. together...

I can't wait for all to be sub properly and I will watch it again from beginning to end without interruption :yippee:

btw qnuy, I read ur lj, very passionate about Nagareboshi aren't u?

I'm going to see Yankee Bokou ni Kaero that has Takenouchi Yutaka there :p

I haven't watched it though I have downloaded it. And that reminds me that I haven't finished watching Tomorrow either. The thing is I suddenly miss Kengo when I watch his other dramas that I stopped one episode and re-watched Nagareboshi :bonk:
