No. The thing to do is to gargle with warm salt water as often as possible... The salt water helps reduce the swelling... Honest! :D

um... i dunno if this is a really good idea or not, but how about the different television stations that they play our favorite dorama's on. sorrie if it's dumb, that just popped into my head hehe!

ya, it really helps.. but it can be a little yucky if you accidentally swallowed some of the water....

Definitly true. It's even better if you use sea salt.

I always drink honey lemon (honey, lemon and warm water mixed together) when I have a sore throat. I don't know if it is that effective tho, I just take it for the sake of taking... hehe

It's not too bad to swallow some of the salt water... It would be worse to swallow something that you're not supposed to, like Listerine or similar... :)

yup i take that 2... it not only taste good...the honey kills bacteria ... i have no idea what the lemon does..but it taste good so i drink it!!!! I SWEAR IT WORKS.... next time i'll try the salt thing..but it DOESn't sound 2 good! :sweat:
