"might as well try to grow it out while i still have hair." another reason is i first realized that on my last trip to JPN before this one, the guys over there care MUCH more about there hair then here in the US. they have so many cosimopolitan/vogue type magazines dedicated to guys. seems EVERYONE from the age of elementary to maybe 40's, style/dye/do both to their hair. dude, hair is important there.

I notice that..Japanese guys really have some appearance conciousness. They really pay attention on how they look. Most of them can be considered metrosexual?

bu think that if i were to start getting male pattern baldness, i'll have no qualms shaving it all off.

I think you will look good with or without hair eh Niko?

I find that somewhat hard to believe: a lot of those artists have some really scruffy looking hairdos: cowlicks, messy sideburns, etc.

Or is that part of the look? :bleh:

Probably. It seems like the public (their fans) eat that look up for lunch.

If I ate that for lunch, I'd be refunding not too long after that. ;)

Interstingly, all the J-girls/women are coiffed spectacularly. :D

thats EXACTLY what i was thinking. no disrespect to the metrosexuals, as a guy, i have to admit they really dress/look sharp. very image conscious, but i think it does take up a lot of time in the morning, tho.

i think that both guys AND girls there do spend a lot of time prepping up. i usually spend a lot of times in the onsens and just before getting dressed, there would be a whole horde of guys in front of the mirrored section of the locker room just styling their locks.

Yikes.

It's just wash 'n' go for me. I hate hair dryers.

Yeah... the only time a hair dryer is used on me is when I get a hair cut.

On the subject of hair, I had mine cut really short, accidentally, but my new GF really likes it this way. :headscratch: :banghead:

Used to have a part on the left side, now that part seems to have vanished after this haircut.

It's okay, my hair still is there... maybe when it gets longer I can re-establish the part.

Nice Niko! I dig the glasses a lot. You do look a lot different than the other pics. It's gotta be the hair. Hair and shoes can do....anything. :hehe:

Hmm, I've never heard of the stuff. I had to look it up. Is it only a mail-order type of business?
