For me, it's kind of practice of English translation. So pls let me know if you don't understand my tanslation.

gOtona jukenh aka Adult license
Yoji(Nakai) went to a movie theater with his girl friend(Ryoko Hirosue).
At the ticket counter, he was asked to show an adult license card which he had never heard about. Soon, he was arrested and sent to the special detention center, where he had to take examinations everyday. If he doesnft pass the exams, he will be branded as gan eternal childh. His girl friend left him.
He reformed himself, and he received various kinds of test and he passed them point to point.
On the day of the graduation test, his roommate, Mr. Takahashi broke out the jail for the sake of his daughter. At first, Yosuke did not mind him.
However, he found that the graduation test was to administer justice to Mr. Takahashi.
He protected Mr. Takahashi who was going to be branded as gan eternal childh.
Mr. Takahashi was actually an instructor. That was the final examination.
